Provide and maintain the charting service.
Process subscriptions and payments.
Sync your drawings, favorites, and settings across devices.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@omniachart.com. Upon deletion, all personal data and drawings will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and restricted access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Delete your data (right to erasure).
