1. Service Description

OmniaChart is a multi-asset charting platform for crypto, stocks, NFTs, and collectibles. We provide charting tools, technical indicators, drawing tools, price alerts, and portfolio tracking features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or Stripe billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data in bulk.
• Distribute malware or interfere with service operation.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The OmniaChart software, design, and content are owned by us. Your drawings, lists, and configurations remain your property. We claim no ownership over user-created content.

6. Data, Charts & Research Disclaimer

6.1 Not Financial Advice

All data, charts, indicators, analysis, and content provided by OmniaChart are for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6.2 Pre-Listing & Historical Reconstruction Data

OmniaChart displays historical data that extends before an asset's official listing or public trading date. This pre-listing data is reconstructed research — it does not represent actual market prices or completed transactions.

Pre-listing data is derived from one or more of the following research methodologies:

• Equity and SAFT funding rounds — implied token valuations derived from disclosed post-money valuations and token allocation tables from public filings, press releases, or credible secondary sources.
• Historical chart extraction — prices manually extracted from academic papers, central bank archives, institutional research publications, and historical financial records.
• Linear interpolation — intermediate values estimated between known data anchor points where continuous historical records are unavailable.
• Cross-source triangulation — values cross-referenced across multiple independent sources to improve reliability.

Pre-listing valuations are estimates and approximations. They carry inherent uncertainty and should not be used as a basis for investment decisions. OmniaChart makes no representation that pre-listing prices reflect the value at which any asset could have been or could be traded.

6.3 Market Cap & Supply Data

Market capitalisation figures are calculated as price × supply using one of two supply models:

• Circulating supply — coins, shares, or units actively traded or in public circulation. For commodities (gold, silver, copper, etc.) this represents estimated above-ground refined stock based on institutional research (World Gold Council, Silver Institute, USGS, BP Statistical Review, etc.).
• Total supply — maximum supply cap, total shares outstanding, or total geological/resource estimates as applicable.

Supply figures — particularly for commodities, collectibles, and pre-TGE crypto assets — are estimates sourced from third-party research and may not reflect real-time or precisely accurate values. Market cap figures are for comparative research only and do not represent liquidation value or tradeable market depth.

6.4 Collectibles, NFTs & Alternative Assets

Price data for collectibles (trading cards, sneakers, watches, LEGO sets), NFTs, and other alternative assets is sourced from auction results, secondary market platforms, and publicly reported sales. These markets are illiquid, subjective, and subject to high volatility. OmniaChart does not guarantee that any item could be bought or sold at the displayed price.

6.5 Data Sources & Update Frequency

OmniaChart aggregates data from multiple third-party sources including: CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Stooq, OpenSea, FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), World Gold Council, USGS Mineral Resources Program, and various market data providers. We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data from these sources.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify data from primary sources before relying on it for any purpose.

6.6 Past Performance

Past performance displayed on OmniaChart charts does not guarantee or predict future results. Historical price movements, correlations, and patterns are presented for research and educational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

OmniaChart is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
